Well here we are folks.  This long and suffocating tunnel finally has a light at the end.  This light has not only begun to glimmer and twinkle in the distance, but is suddenly barreling towards us with merciless speed.  It’s always when I begin to enjoy school that it decides to finish up, and it’s always as soon as all of the year’s information has fallen out of my head that final exams happen upon me.  Yeah dude.  I am going to miserably fail.

To be honest, I’m not that eager for this school year to end.  I enjoyed it.  I liked my classes.  And there are many wonderful seniors who will be difficult to part with.  At the same time, there are also many not-as-wonderful seniors who will be extremely easy to part with, so I guess that sort of balances itself out in the end.  But iiiii dunno, life just seems to be going awfully fast.  Suddenly it’s like, oh cool, college visits and applications, oh cool! senior year. OH COoL!! College!!  OH COOL.  I AM SUDDENLY NINETY YEARS OLD AND ALL THE FUN DAYS OF LIFE ARE OVER.

 But I guess I should just buck up and enjoy it, since clearly none of us has any control over this.

On an entirely different note, there is a person whose company I enjoy tremendously, and whose conversation I value above nearly everyone else’s.  And who is slowly starting to awaken the little butterflies inside me from their sleepy, bored cocoons.
